These Terms of Service govern the use of TradieHubAU.
Opening Australia-wide
TradieHubAU is opening Australia-wide; our first customers and jobs are in South East Melbourne and outer south-east Melbourne. Confirm payment status through the in-app job record and payment statement shown for your specific job.
Who we are
TradieHubAU is operated by Jayden William Maurice Tohu (ABN 32 336 460 474), Australia. By using TradieHubAU you agree to these terms. Questions: support@tradiehubau.com.
Your role and ours
TradieHubAU connects customers with verified tradies. The contract for any work is between the customer and the tradie — we are not a party to it and we do not perform the work. Our identity and credential checks describe our review process; they are not a guarantee of any outcome.
Cancellations
A job can be cancelled before the work is completed. A payment that never releases a payout incurs no commission; funded payments follow the refund and dispute paths described in the Protected Payments help page.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion is handled per the Account Deletion page.
Service Provided As Is
TradieHubAU services, features, and data states are provided 'as is' and without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
User Accountability
Users must provide accurate profile details and verify licences/ABNs where required. Self-labeling or bypasses are not permitted.
Payments and Fees
Customers can post jobs and browse profiles for free. A tiered platform commission is paid by the tradie and deducted at payout release. Payment funding and release are recorded through the protected payment flow; confirm the status shown in the app and your payment statement.
Dispute and Oversight
Admins retain full oversight of verification approvals, disputes, and audit records. Flagged communications will be preserved for review. See the Dispute Process help page for the review path.
