Opening Australia-wide
TradieHubAU is opening Australia-wide; our first customers and jobs are in South East Melbourne and outer south-east Melbourne. Confirm payment status through the in-app job record and payment statement shown for your specific job.
Identity first
A tradie profile must complete the applicable identity review before trade approval. Documents are submitted through the private verification path for authorised admin review.
Trade credentials
The current workflow expects an ABN, licence details where relevant, and approved supporting trade and insurance documents before a profile is approved to quote.
What the badge means
A verified status means the submitted information passed the current review workflow. Customers should still confirm credentials, insurance, scope suitability, and any legal requirements for the job.
Changes and suspension
Sensitive profile and credential fields may be locked while review is pending or approved. Admins can suspend verification when information needs to be reviewed again.
What you need to get verified
- Photo identification and a quick liveness selfie for the account holder.
- Your ABN (sole traders can look theirs up on the Australian Business Register).
- Your trade licence, where your trade requires one in your state or territory.
- Proof of public liability insurance — a required credential for tradie roles, so upload it with your other documents.
You will also need working contact details on your account (a phone number and email you monitor) — those are account details, not part of the credential review.
